Birds can get into the attic through small gaps in the siding, soffits, or vents. Sometimes when they get in the attic they can fall down the wall and get stuck. You won't hear any chirping from the bird. When in an area where it is stuck you will just hear: jumping and scratching. Birds also live in prefab chimneys. These chimney's have a housing around the pipe or flu that comes through the roof. This area is a perfect place for them to build a nest and block the gas flow of hazardous gases from your furnace. This is very dangerous.

Birds also live in bathroom vents, stove vents, roof vents, and gable vents. If they are in the stove or bathroom vent, remove them immediately! You don't want any bird mites, nesting or feces on you in the bathroom or worse yet in your food on the stove. Birds in any vents for your attic are also important to remove. This stops the air flow in you attic and can cause your bills to run up due to excessive heat during the summer and block the humidity from escaping during the winter months

Woodpecker Removal
Woodpeckers make a loud banging or pecking noise on the side walls of the home. They are looking to create a nesting area inside the wall where it is out of the weather and it is warm for when they have their young. This noise can be at any time during the day. Woodpeckers favor the early morning hours for looking for a nesting place. If you have random holes being pecked in you siding it is usually due to bugs that they are eating in the wood. These holes are the size of a pencil eraser. The nesting holes are about the size of a tennis ball.
